Turkey will also depend on Russian engineering for nuclear power. I have read a story that when Russian entered into Iranian nuclear power plant project in 90s. what they discover that previously it was done by Germans KraftWerk and left. and German not cooperating how to work Russian systems with Germans. it need some real skills and time to make it work.

i never said anything to the contrary. infact it proves my point that Turkey despite insignificant part of China trade. China still want to maintain good relations with it. so there must be some qualitative reason behind it.
