"We are calling on Beijing to use its influence with Moscow to urge diplomacy, because if there is a conflict in the Ukraine it is not going to be good for China either," Nuland said at a regular State Department news conference. "There will be a significant impact on the global economy. There will be a significant impact in the energy sphere."

Daniel Russel, the senior U.S. diplomat for Asia under former President Barack Obama: ..."Wang Yi chose to defend Russia's 'legitimate security concerns' rather than offer any support to Blinken."

Bonnie Glaser of the German Marshall Fund of the United States said Beijing could act as a spoiler to any attempts by the United States and its allies to impose costs on Russia.

"It is unlikely that the U.S. can get China on board over Ukraine. Beijing won't endorse use of force, but it is sympathetic with Russian views of NATO. And this is not just about the Olympics," Glaser said.

The dumb bi@&h screwed up Ukraine with the whole maidan crisis which caused all the problems in Ukraine and Russia when their wasn’t such problems before. How about she get goes right ahead and drop herself for the good of the world or check herself into jail for her schemes that could lead to world war 3 because this freak will not stop her vendetta against Russia. She will not stop until even the children and babies of Russia are wiped out via drone attacks so really Russia has only one option, fight back and show the USA that they cannot screw around anymore without consequences and when the time comes and when the opportunity arrives, bring the entire USA government to justices because the entire lot of them are 100% evil

How did the US lose the economic competition to China -- a quick flashback under some nostalgic lament....

"China has a middle class now because Western elites gutted America’s working class and financed the CCP system instead of letting it collapse in the 90s.

Elite merger"

How US lost the competition to China.jpg

"They sent the bulk of our goods to be made there in 1985. I remember local protests at the factories. they shut them down anyway. (Northwest Ohio has been a ghost town of crime and meth heads ever since) thanks establishment."

"Only a communist would think that the capitalist pie has a limited number of pieces."

"You paid for this"

.... and a good counter-explanation + some brief timeline:

"Nonsense. It’s not a zero sum game. All the problems in the United States are direct consequences of the actions and inactions of the United States policy makers and politicians who have always been in cahoots with the United States corporations at the expense of the ordinary folks—CORRUPTION and GREED. BOTH SIDES."

The largest American Navy build up in the history of America, and indeed the history of the earth. That’s what.

For some (only) God knows reason, the United States has decided to deploy most all of its massive naval forces off the Chinese coast. This includes five separate flotillas. Each one consisting of multiple aircraft and VTOL carriers, submarines and cruisers, destroyers and support vessels.
Along with that are elements of MAC (the Air Force Military Airlift Command) ferrying troops and munitions and arms to the Pacific. To include Korea, Japan, and other bases throughout the Pacific.

This is comparable to the build up for the Normandy Invasion of “D Day”.

In short, the largest concentration of United States Naval and Marine forces are now concentrated off the coast of China. And it is not being made public.

What’s going on?

China’s ambassador to the US has warned that Beijing and Washington are likely destined for war if the latter encourages Taiwan to seek independence, describing Taipei as the “biggest tinderbox” in the relationship between the countries.

“If the Taiwanese authorities, emboldened by the United States, keep going down the road for independence, it most likely will involve China and the United States, the two big countries, in a military conflict,” ambassador Qin Gang said in a radio interview with NPR that was broadcast on Friday.

It seems that they have already lost. They placed all their bets on NCM batteries and didn't even consider LFP batteries

S.Korean companies simply need to "git gud get rekt" , pay more attention on their strategic direction and take into account their supplies availability, risk assessments and diversification strategies
Alright I didn't get to reply because I was shadow banned at the end of December for posting "political comments".
