Maybe some dollars for cleaning up the situation in Syria. Stop funding Idlib resistance so Assad with Russia backing can clean up, then find a way to deal with the kurds peacefully or put more and more pressure on the american troops there so they need to retreat like in Kabul.
After infrastructure is build in Iran the next step should probably be building infrastructure in Syria and Turkey to connect the lower belt of the BRI design with Europe. Because when Syria is stabilised, you could actually start building high end infrastructure for the Iran-Syria-Turkey-Europe connection.
All of this is non-starter and BRI is non-functional nor feasible in Syria due to the country being in 3 defacto parts and nobody is willing to concede other then continued status quo which is also best for Syria going forward. There is no prospect of BRI here.
There is Pakistan-Iran-Turkey transit zone as being the most realistic anything else is irrelevant or unfeasible

If they all move to west they create imbalance for China but them being in neutrality non-aligned in regards to the China-US competition enhances China's power balance and weakens the US.

I don't know about this bro and I need confirmation by some chinese citizens because China has never protested against North Korea gaining nuclear weapons nor have I seen it myself. Maybe I could have missed that bit of information
@BlackWindMnt bro Edrogan wouldn't approach WB ,the IMF or any Western Financial Institution, he isn't stupid and will not allow this Western Capitalist vultures to destroy Turkey, a devoted Muslim he is distrustful of banks. And you're right he need to stop his misadventures and maybe this forum in China may lead him into. I think Edrogan knows that the Russian and the Chinese knew of his failed involvement in Kazakhstan, he is playing both side BUT the promise economic support from the US wasn't forthcoming, he did that to placate those NEOCONS in the US or else he will be the target as announced by John Bolton last year. So let see what happen and I think Xi and Putin want to hear his side of the story regarding his involvement....hehehehe
