Silly little shits needs to be careful because if these idiots try to push too far, both Russia and China may end up having to wade through the countless bodies of these dirty chicken s$&ts once they are done when these America trash finally try to fight a real fight and fail epically like the last couple of schemes they tried this year and failed to do. I mean it’s not like the whole AUKUS, Afghanistan and now the democracy summit wasn’t a self owning mess that required any input from China or Russia any way. With the current state of the USA and still entertaining the idea of sitting on Chinese skull when they have started this entire mess, really, by the time that China is done, it would be prudent that they subject to punishments that will affect everyone in the USA and be so brutal that they can finally learn that just entertaining the idea of even thinking they can just slaughter innocent families in drive ways like they have done in the Middle East and have the gall to pretend they are sorry should have consequences that are bloody enough to make those bastards beg for mercy.

compare that to this column. there is a reason why bridge collapse and it is just too easy to blame it on the overloading, The 2 trucks being overloaded will likely be running on the slow outer lane and the torsional force is likely a major contributing factors causing the tilt and eventual collapse. This accident may not have happened if they were on the middle lane or perhaps if the traffic was restricted to 2 lanes,

Adding more horizontal support to the column would likely also help mitigate such accidents,

In your first alternative, whose fault is it? The bridge or the warning sign can not force them to drive on the middle lane if they insist on driving on the outer lane, can it?

Your second alternative does not add any blame to this design if you consider all the other examples of same design, does it? Wouldn't the same incident happen there if a driver does the same thing?

There is always technical alternative (as you are trying to suggest) to avoid or delay the happening of a disaster, but can the disaster be avoided if the person ignore, neglect or has no such knowledge and precaution? The answer is no, that is what happened. Just look at the pandemic disaster in the west, there is certainly the Chinese alternative, but the westerners choose not to follow because either unable to comprehend (like denialers), or ignore (I know but I prioritize freedom).

EU in shambles. The Netherlands is in lockdown over Covid
Please, Log in or Register to view URLs content!
The Netherlands has become the first EU country to re-enter a strict nationwide lockdown, in a response to the spread of the Omicron Covid-19 variant that will shutter swaths of the economy until at least mid-January.
Tough new restrictions to close all bars, restaurants, non-essential shops, cinemas, and gyms will kick in from Sunday morning and last until at least January 14. Professional sports events will take place without crowds and homes can invite a maximum of four guests during the Christmas period, to be reduced to two after the holidays.
