I can count and cite a lot of examples to rebutt your examples of supposed equanimity of applied justice in America, if that's what your intentions was and is all about. You sneakily using American example as your proof that in America and it's system is better somehow than in China is that it? Pardon my observations but am just calling em as I read em.

Guys, WTF is this bullshit? Why are we spending pages discussing some crap about eating on metro?
Typical anti-China bashing strategy: pick an incident that supports their narrative and generalize it to the entire country.
To support their narrative of Chinese government giving preferential treatment to foreigners, they will give an example of a foreigner eating on metro but not getting fined. However, they will not mention incidents of foreigners sexually assaulting Chinese women and getting the crap beaten out of them. Or of foreigners in China having to jump through miles of legal hoops just to stay in China. If the Chinese government was so keen on giving foreigners preferential treatment, why are they imposing such strict standards on them?
It's typical bullshit narrative.
