@montyp165 bro I heard that Russia export gas to the US, It's ironic , the German had been played...lolThe folks here gave great insights on this much faster than I could give , but suffice it to say German capitulation here serves to curry favor with the US while simultaneously affecting Russian gas exportation and increasing Germany's influence over the gas market in the EU (especially with the demand for transferring control of Nord Stream 2 assets to the German subsidiary). The Russian goal is to be a stable long term gas supplier to the EU market both for increasing market share and influence in that market, but of course the US and its ideological lackeys treat that as a hostile act, hence all the political skullduggery.
I'd rather they just cancel the games altogether. China doesn't need the Olympics to make themselves feel special anymore. Like you said it's a big farce anyway. What's even the point when the whole thing is being so politicised? Where's the Olympic spirit? Where's the sportsmanship when countries boycott and China wins by default?I wonder if Xi ever invited Biden to the Olympic in the first place? Probably Biden was waiting and waiting, invitation never come, so he decided to make a "boycott". Typical of "No, you don't leave me, I leave you" kind of face-saving rubbish.
To be honest, I don't think China will invite any state delegation for the matter of pendamic, except limited number of IOC VIPs. The whole winter game operation is carried out in a quarantine zone. No foreign athletes or staff members can get out of it. No exceptions, the Americans won't be willing to stay in a virtual prison. Biden knows he won't get the treatment that he got in Italy and Scottland, so he want to make a farce out of it, a cheap shot.
Pilot ditched the fighter soon after take off
Good good. Better safe than sorry.
"Sherman began the briefing by admonishing a reporter who asked two questions -- about Taiwan and about declaring a formal end to the Korean War -- for exceeding a one-question limit. "
Japan and South Korea walked out of the meeting leaving Sherman alone over dispute over Dokdo

Well someone's cranky.
The British CV is not in the South China Sea?wow, $100M gone
Heading home now.The British CV is not in the South China Sea?
I love how those countries don't even try to pretend that they are not merely puppet states. Papa Biden signals de-escalation and all of the sudden the EU & other US minions (totally on their own, yeah xD) decide to de-escalate as well. That's why there's no point in even dealing with the EU or Japan separately, just talk to the US - you don't speak to a dog or a cat, you speak to their owner.Damn, that meeting is having a lot of follow on effect
