Its all connected isn't it?..

The moment Biden sent the signal about easing on Taiwan, the rest of the "free world" very conveniently changed their stance...

That's the biggest proof of how these "countries" are proper vassals/protectorates

As the bro @ansy1968 notes, China realised that it is better to talk with the "free world's" boss, the US, than wasting its time with a bunch of puppet countries
Lithuania: Oh sh* t…

Should decline and ask Israel to mend ways and stop being Americas lapdog. Don't forget these folks just voted against China in UNHRC few months back. If they think Xi is committing atrocities then why bother with the invite? If you succumb under American pressure then you're simply unreliable and opportunist.

It isn't that serious. Israel was responding that way because China that time was very vocal against Israel on the UN for its attack to Palestine

IMO this is business as usual. China criticized Israel, Israel criticized China.

The invitation is interesting though. Most probably what the Israel's President want to say to Xi will be of very high strategic importance.

There are the Abraham Accords, more tight integration of Israel to the Arab States, expanding BRI, tech/innovation investments and cooperation on various matters, while also talking about Iran in SCO, Iran nuclear deal and bunch of other things

Make no mistake, this meeting will have a lot of strategic talks and will be beneficial to China. IMO President Xi should visit it, as China is increasingly making inroads into the the Middle East

@Kaeshmiri bro Xi had already cross the Rubicon and he choose Iran and its a strategic move. Whatever faults Iran have she had the making of a Regional power together with Turkey. The rest including Saudi Arabia and Israel had no strategic depth and rely on the US for its continued existence.

They want help with the Iran nuclear weapon thing probably.
Yes. But there are other also equally (long-term) important matters to discuss. China will as usual, balance Iran , Arab states/Israel interests in order to have a foot inside both camps

I think what worries Israel most, is Iran's inclusion to SCO. Israel needs to find a way to moderate China's outreach to Iran, but how can it do it when Iran is in SCO while Israel isn't;)

Really, SCO membership is inevitable in Middle East. It cant be stopped anymore

That's simply not going to happen and it's a bridge too far for any SANE Israeli leader to do or make. The U.S. was the most pivotal country into making the modern state of Israel a REALITY and there's no going around it. And the U.S. for it's part will not let Israel get away scotch free if it were to follow the fatalistic direction you're imploring that country to embark on.

If I was an Israeli leader I wound not take such drastic step unless China can offer or even guarantee the safety and survival of the state of Israel and we all know that China will not play to that tune and as have expressed repeatedly, China isn't out to replace the U.S. as the global hegemon or export it's political ideology for economic and political gains.
