China's first F1 seat @ Alfa Romeo:

I think he has only being given a 1 year contract. He is widely seen as a "seatwarmer" until Pourchaire takes the seat in 2023

Zhou will have to fight hard in the 2022 season to prove that he deserves the seat because the sharks are already circling him

I wish him all the best. However I also kinda pity him because he will have to face so much racism and abuse from everyone there. Hopefully Lewis will prove that his diversity stance is real by giving him some protection

That's how it works in F1. Racism is there, you beat it by winning races.

@ansy1968 I didn't watch F1 much in the Schumacher or Senna eras unfortunately. It was too much of a 'white privilege sport' for me lolz. I got into it in the Hamilton era, once someone of color actually arrived on the scene. But I totally get your criticism, Bernie Ecclestone definitely screwed up the formula. Hopefully, the new formula starting next year will fix some of the flaws (while adding new stupid flaws like low-profile tyres.) The new restrictions on aero devices should fix a lot of these problems, and the cap on development costs as well.

Yuki Tsunoda is doing really well at F1 and everyone has big expectations of him.
