Frankly, the US seems to be flipping out more at Russia for the recent ASAT test. I assume China is in the regular rotation with Russia, Iran, North Korea, Venezuela, Cuba. We get the US bitching every month, but the US now must lecture others for now. Our tea will be ready for them should they feel the need to meet again.
Given the actual convesation is via translators, and Biden rarely speaks publically without an army of assistants, what are the chances Biden actually spoke? I bet a lot of these "virtual conferences" are just statements given by aides.
