I am not sure why Chinese attracted to this Iran that only survived this long due to Europe and later on Russia. I highly doubt China is capable of transforming Iran that will make it worthy trade and scientific partner. Just look at Iran demographics. (really study it). Even if China tries to help Iran beyond certain limit than it will face backlash from the other side and that is way more powerful and numerically out performing than any one else in this planet. When Afghans and Arabs are in audience Putin speeches have alot of content for them because he is modeling society on traditional values and the most advance research on this Sunni islam is done in Russia. This is not just building more Mosques and Islamic schools. It is change of culture from ground up. which Iranian could not comprehend as they were blaming Zionist lobby for lack of cooperation from Russia.
