With Modi visiting China in person, it's supposed to be a big deal since he hasn't done so since the 2020 clash. So that means something big has to have happened to change that. At least that's what Indians and their media say.

Russia is more likely to attack this site and present it as a Ukrainian attack in a poor attempt to get China to provide Russia with proper military support.
BTW Ukrainian military is supported by Chinese materials and products. Guess where 99% of your drones and drone components come from? Even those that say made in xyz, they're all using Chinese components. Russia doesn't claim Chinese equipment is being used to attack the Russian military even though such a statement would be objectively true. Ukraine is losing its mind it seems with this unfortunate state of events between those two former Soviet states.
