Singapore is the worst western worshipping Han/East Asian country. They literally gave up their language to make English their language of everyday life. Even hong kong is better than them.

So, its no wonder where their loyalties lie. When push comes to shove, they will show their anti-China feelings.

I can understand why they made English their official language, it's the language of international business and diplomacy. This means it was a purely pragmatic decision and tbh it has served them well. Furthermore, Singapore is not a Chinese society, it's multicultural and if they had made Mandarin the official everyday language they ran the risk of isolating the Malays, the Tamils, and other groups. Besides, Lee Kuan Yew later decided to encourage the use of the Chinese language among the ethnic Chinese via Chinese schools. Unlike Hong Kong, Singapore was an independent country surrounded by countries that distrusted it, they had to make hard decisions.

Very sad to see a voice that fought for China on Western social media for so long has passed away. He was only in his 40’s. He defended China fiercely when attacked from all sides. LKY made sure we learn our culture, language and roots.

Our media is controlled by those who made CNA to keep refering to " West Philippines Sea ".
But our young are being brainwashed with subtle anti-China propaganda, through all our media, especially our English media.
