The US is far too diverse and large for any notion of an, "average American," to be useful or informative. But as far as Trump's primary base of support is concerned, you can imagine the representative, "average MAGA," to have approximately the cognitive capacity and education level of a standard red brick.

Korea did something similar but later reinstated the app, as Deepseek agreed to ask a few more privacy related questions, when the user installs the app. The user just need to be informed.
