Lets not underestimate how deranged and psychotic this current Trump regime is. They could really view the absolute destruction of Iran (even going as far a nuclear option) as a desirable outcome. The idea that this would be some sort of constrained set of strikes while most likely, should not discount an utterly unhinged destruction of Iran.

This is a country that has harassed and targeted allies for no reason and with no discernable potential advantage to doing so. The idea that a global backlash could constrain their actions is silly, when I think for many of them that would be a badge of honour.

I mean, this would provide an open opportunity for China and Russia to destroy a large percentage of America's global military presence using Iran as a proxy, but judging by Trump's actions he might not see this as a negative.

It's not just global backlash though. America doesn't have what it takes to destroy Iran, unless they want to send the entire Middle East into war and want 1000x the Ballistic missiles and drones the Houthi have to fall on Israel.

Our PLAAF OTH radar station/milsats had better keep an eye on this development-don't want these bombers swinging eastward to China and "accidentaly" hit us while striking Iran like Chinese embassy bombing in Belgrade 1999.Can't put anything past these Trump idiots.-they are so full of hate.

Where are the 'muh sovereignty' slobbers that insisted like blind bats that Russia's goal and aim in Ukraine was total domination of the country and its vast resources (as if Russia is pressed for muh minerals)? Europeans are trapped with their unceasing devotion to their God - freedumb and demoncrazy. They have totally lost touch with the reality along with the actual intended purpose of liberalism and democracy. Like anything else that comes from the West, they want to dominate you, absorb you into their fold and if you show any resistance you'll be burned metaphorically which is really sad to see. Europeans should start looking at themselves with the necessary circumspection and examination so that they can come up with something tangible to provide to their own people. Otherwise C'est la vie!!
