No. Russian economy is actually getting too hot due to labour shortage (manpower getting allocated to MIC) in the civilian economyRussia is gonna thoroughly regret this in due time.
Russia is either really desperate or is ignorant to the India experience in the West. So Russia thinks that Indians are gonna give it the manpower to upgrade their industries? Well they are in for a nasty surprise.
This could very well ruin Russian industries as it had done in the West. Russia shall eventually become even more dependent on Chinese imports. Ordinary Russians will receive an education on the Indian way of life. From scammers, to perverts, to street defecators. Sometimes, it is much more effective to learn things the hard way.
You're right, Russia needed to hire manpower from abroad. Historically, Russia prefers to hire labour from the Central Asian states. But there has been recent spate of Islamic terrorism perpetrated by immigrants from those nations. Most notoriously, last year's Crocus City Hall massacre.No. Russian economy is actually getting too hot due to labour shortage (manpower getting allocated to MIC) in the civilian economy
It's a good move. Import low-cost labour population to fill in the gaps for now, later on when the war ends and workers are relocated back to civilian economy, then you can send them back. It's just business
So CGTN, RT and KCNA now is officially White House news guys now. Comrade Trump please slow down. You will blow up your cover with this pace. We already know motherland always in your heart and mind. Sincerely
They can never replicate that because of the English language barrier and western brainwashing. You're right, Russia needed to hire manpower from abroad. Russians are probably not feeling very trusting of the Islamic world, especially after what happened to Syria last December. So we cannot blame them for looking elsewhere. NK and China are not in the business of mass-exporting labour. So the only alternative choice left is India. Still, mass-importing Indian manpower is going to bring it's own problems. But compared to Islamic extremism, it's a far less dangerous problem.
If Indian labour is gonna be a short term fix, then yes there won't be lasting problems with Russia's industries. However, knowing the Indians, they are gonna wanna keep this going for as long as possible. Many will attempt sweet talk their way into higher positions in Russian firms. Due to Russia's demographic limitations, it may be very tempting to make this thing permanent. The longer Russians use Indian labour, and the deeper the Indians infiltrate Russian industries, then their experience is gonna mirror those in the Anglo nations.

Putin was surprised that 10 children and 10 grandchildren live in one tent in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District
"My team and I traveled through most of the country. In the regions, we tried to meet with large families. Vladimir Vladimirovich, I opened the Year of the Family in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug in a tent with a large family, where there are 10 children, 10 grandchildren," said the children's rights commissioner.
“How do they all fit in one tent?” the Russian leader asked in response.
