Russia is gonna thoroughly regret this in due time.

Russia is either really desperate or is ignorant to the India experience in the West. So Russia thinks that Indians are gonna give it the manpower to upgrade their industries? Well they are in for a nasty surprise.

This could very well ruin Russian industries as it had done in the West. Russia shall eventually become even more dependent on Chinese imports. Ordinary Russians will receive an education on the Indian way of life. From scammers, to perverts, to street defecators. Sometimes, it is much more effective to learn things the hard way.
No. Russian economy is actually getting too hot due to labour shortage (manpower getting allocated to MIC) in the civilian economy

It's a good move. Import low-cost labour population to fill in the gaps for now, later on when the war ends and workers are relocated back to civilian economy, then you can send them back. It's just business

I just call all of them CIA bots rather than ngo funded by the blahbhal foundation. Countries should wise up and start grabbing suspected people and organizations operating there into tea time

All the NAFO dogs seem to have disappeared from my x timeline. They magically appeared in 1000s after a week of the started of the war and they all magically went away following Trumps inauguration. I also notice the anti-china bots/accts lessen on X and reddit around the same time. Who will be the next target? Maybe they will try to destablize Canada or Mexico?

You're right, Russia needed to hire manpower from abroad. Historically, Russia prefers to hire labour from the Central Asian states. But there has been recent spate of Islamic terrorism perpetrated by immigrants from those nations. Most notoriously, last year's Crocus City Hall massacre.

Russians are probably not feeling very trusting of the Islamic world, especially after what happened to Syria last December. So we cannot blame them for looking elsewhere. NK and China are not in the business of mass-exporting labour. So the only alternative choice left is India. Still, mass-importing Indian manpower is going to bring it's own problems. But compared to Islamic extremism, it's a far less dangerous problem.

If Indian labour is gonna be a short term fix, then yes there won't be lasting problems with Russia's industries. However, knowing the Indians, they are gonna wanna keep this going for as long as possible. Many will attempt sweet talk their way into higher positions in Russian firms. Due to Russia's demographic limitations, it may be very tempting to make this thing permanent. The longer Russians use Indian labour, and the deeper the Indians infiltrate Russian industries, the more their experience is gonna mirror those in the Anglo nations.

They can never replicate that because of the English language barrier and western brainwashing.

There are Indians, even in high places in China... but they can never replicate what they did in the US/UK even if they tried, from both sides: those who they want to bring in simply won't believe them and those that try to rise further into management will hit a concrete wall because of language.

Note how Indians are getting nowhere in Germany, France, etc. They are let in for grad school but most leave voluntarily after hitting a brick wall several times.

you spend way too much time on India which is non issue and not even have basic understanding of things. you can only learn about Russia by studying Arabic Soft Power.
This India ambassador offered labor services. Russia is well aware of Indian capabilities due to Indian students in Russian universities, working on various defense projects and Russian interaction in Gulf. but long term success in that system is not easy for Indian.
Russia is a place where MAGA version of Islam has influence. but this reality is hidden due to that long stint of Lavrov in foreign Ministry who has Armenian lineage and leftist Soviet view. thats why he hardly visits Israel. but you can already observe it in Tucker interview in Saudi. its about Crimea.
Putin as usual always apply soft Power and deception so people not realize source of that hard transformation they have to face but hints are there. Look at that counter terror operation in Kursk. this is much beyond expelling Ukranians. This is to make the country independent of migrants and organized around Green with mentality much closer to Gulf Monarchies which can only happen when wealth is controlled by multi generation large families with many children. In Putin mind many means 10 per woman. The longer the Ukraine war the better weopons and more powerful Islamic stick that Putin is going to use.

Putin was surprised that 10 children and 10 grandchildren live in one tent in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District
"My team and I traveled through most of the country. In the regions, we tried to meet with large families. Vladimir Vladimirovich, I opened the Year of the Family in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug in a tent with a large family, where there are 10 children, 10 grandchildren," said the children's rights commissioner.
“How do they all fit in one tent?” the Russian leader asked in response.
