If my guess is correct, then what is the purpose of such actions? The behavior of this Missouri Attorney General only harms those Chinese individuals who have a more favorable view of the U.S. and are willing to invest in America.

In their view, everything Chinese is same as everything CCP. Yet they don't hate Chinese but just CCP.

The contradictions between the enemy and us are antagonistic contradictions. Within the ranks of the people, the contradictions among the working people are non-antagonistic, while those between the exploited and the exploiting classes have a non-antagonistic aspect in addition to an antagonistic aspect.

The enemy of the people are the ones who want to impose this for all eternity. With or without China and/or socialism it is doomed to fail, because they want infinite returns, which implies infinite exploitation, in a closed system. It violates the laws of nature.

Excludes stock based compensation. Which is most compensation for tech. workers. I know people working at Open AI & they are very much looking for an eventual payout from the stock grants.

For companies like Meta, it’s close to 3x their actual “salary” so do the math. $200,000 salaries with $500,000 stock grants / year being common.
