Fyodor Lukyanov: I have seen Taliban representatives at various forums – this always causes
great excitement among everyone. Considering what you noted – that microeconomics dominates there, in what form can cooperation with large economies take place?
Zamir Kabulov: First of all, ensuring the primary, essential needs of the Afghan economy in the broad sense of the word. Of course, we are talking about oil products, but not only that. The not very favorable climate zone poses the issue of food security for Afghanistan, as for many countries. This is also a reason for the Afghan authorities to develop cooperation - ensuring the supply of food, the most necessary, I would say, primitive things, essential goods, so that famine does not occur in the country.
