Again crimes are determined not by the act one commits. It’s determined by who commits that act and who’s the victim of that act. And that comes out of racism. And no one sees it because you say nothing, do nothing.

Well, as much as China prefers to not seek conflict against people who hasn't wronged China, one does not call one-self "Middle Kingdom" for 3,000 years by being pacifist when it comes to people who has wronged China, revenge is a virtue in Chinese culture and that's a detail most people in the world doesn't realize.

In this case China very much is fighting a tech war with intent to destroy the United States in all domains, including AI, so American fears are justified, regardless how little China talks about it or how much Americans actually understand it.

A plutocracy is what it is-just crass loads of wealth and privilege /hedonismwith no real competence or even a work ethic for the 1-3%-check out the 2nd or 3rd generations of multimillionares/billionaires/royalty-all useless weak,perverts/drug addicts/drunks/playboys-playgirls(-no wonder the indian brahmin class gravitates to it (mirrors casteism privileges /1000years)and even thrives as the vast (shrinking) hard working,truly educated working class is being milked dry and it's their sons being sent to endless ,stupid wars to die as their lifestyle is taxed to death(and no taxes are being properly used for infrastructure/schools//medical needs etc) and their entire society is being dumbed down to sate the plutocratic elite by bread/circuses or silenced by the toxic fringe groups.

You're just surrounded by American media, so it looks that way. Indians do the exact opposite of China, however look how that is travelling for them (both as a country and as individual immigrants). Saying nothing leaves all the mistakes and assumptions to be made by the other side, only to suck major eggs when reality doesn't turn out that way (J-36 and SAC 6th Gen). They then react stupidly by coping, and making more unbackable claims, further increasing third party disdain for them and making themselves look silly when they get overtaken. Talking shit all the time just gets you sucked into useless energy wasting fights that have no tangible value, turning objective wins into perceived failures because 'it didn't live up to the hype', and misleading your own people.
Notice how the green revolution hype quietly went away, and now China is the spearheading nation for renewables? It's because China won the actual competition by developing real technologies, instead of wasting time, money and attention on propaganda.
All of these gripes that you mentioned - they go away naturally when you've reached a certain level of power. The other guy just sits down and shuts up (example - Indians after J36 and SAC 6th Gen flight). But notice how most Chinese don't put in anywhere near as much effort trolling as Americans or Indians do? Because it has no tangible gain, no real value other than a brief lol. That's how China has won green tech, EV, infrastructure - get real results, and real results eventually speak for themselves.

Honestly I don't know why they actually act like that, because it's not like people have real alternatives to China anyways. They follow a predictable pattern and anyone can predict what will happen next, so why bother to obfuscate it?

The whole "they setup conflict" is 100% intentional, China often wants to fight because they gain ground from doing it.

Adam Tooz, while an European historian, readily pointed out the angst all over the Europe (especially Germany ) because of the current and inevitable China encroachment into the higher value tech (Cars, green tech...etc) where Europe had, until very recently, occupied. He is also worried about the warring posture the US has taken since around 2010. Ominously he says the political pieces for a nuclear war are falling into place in the US. I also see that and it is indeed worrying.
