Why is he taking a Phd for China studies in US, instead of CN?

Takfiris have reached the outskirts of Palmyra on motorbikes. Again, the SAA didn't bother to fight them.

In the past, Palmyra had been liberated twice with the help of Hezbollah and Wagner. It appears that there won't be a third liberation. If Syria won't fight for it's self, then nobody else is gonna fight for Syria again. Even if Assad still have loyalists, how much hope do they have left, after watching the nation so many people fought and died for just crumble in days.

I'm starting to believe that the SAA had chosen to turn on Assad. They would rather defect and surrender than to stand and fight for Syria. All those rumours of a military power struggle behind the scenes are starting to ring true. Why is Assad not coming out to address the nation and rally his troops at this very crucial period? Has he been couped already?
Syrians and most middle east armies not being good fighters now is nothing new. The leader as different when Syria fought Israel and they still got their asses kicked.

They say since Syrians don't wanna fight its actually both sides that are using non-Syrians to fight. One side uses Chechens, Central Asians, Ukranians etc. The other side uses Russians and Iranian. So since Russia and Iran are busy right now, guess who's screwed.

I hope Russia and Iran got some benefits from the 10 extra years of holding Syria up. Because it might be ending soon.

Surprisingly Yoon survived the impeachment, cause his party left before that vote. The bill to investigate his wife also failed. LMAO South Korea is a joke, I guess Yoon's Martial Law joke paid off, nothing really changed.
The USA must be working over time to keep this man in power. Still the USA shouldn’t get too happy too soon. It only takes one screw up to send the house of cards tumbling down and given how crazy and irrational trump is acting right now in regards to his cavalier attitude in regards to sanctions being the end all and be all, he really seems to think he can repeat actions of the past to get the results he wants… oh well let’s see if he makes bank or not

Yeah them too. I just wanted to make a point its a lot of non-Syrians fighting.

I see people try to insult China saying it doesn't have allies except NK. Well it only looks bad if you always think you will be on a winning side and your allies will always give you the help you need to win. However that is not always the case. A lot of times allies may not be assets but liabilities that drag you down.

I think a lot of people think this way because the western side in WW2 were called the "Allied Forces" so they have some infantile impression that all these countries came together through the power of friendship to beat the big bad guy. Germany was allied with Italy, Japan, a lot of europe actually and even Russia at one point. Its just Germans might of picked the wrong guys since Italy had trouble dealing with Greece and had to waste German resources getting help. And Japan managed to get America involved. And lets not forget WW1 technically started with each other so when one guy had beef with another guy, his allies had to step in and so did theirs.

So having allies doesn't mean much if they do not contribute much to the relationship. This isn't just a taking thing, you also have to be giving.
