You said Arabs. If you want to edit that so that it's just a few Arabs, go ahead and be specific. But from what I see, there are no powerful or intelligent/scientifically advanced Arabic countries so you have nowhere to go.

Europe discredited themselves by enslaving and colonizing Africa, and that is put on plain display by comparison as China engages in none of that but is a much much stronger economic power. Arabs had nothing to do with it. They could all disappear and Africa would be the same.

The reason why you're always so wrong on Arabic power is because you never compare anything; you just state what Arabs do as if nobody else does anything. It's like a mother saying she has the smartest kid in the world because he can walk and he's only 2 years old. Well... the average is a year so... your baby is actually stupid. Then she posts a picture of him walking and says that's proof he's smart. That's basically your logic when you cite meetings between Saudis and the US/Russia without realizing how many countries have these meetings and the Saudis are just one of them.
I also think if god-forbid a nuclear escalation were to happen, it wouldn't be between simply two (or three) countries, it would drag in the entire world. Imagine if the US were to commit to an all out nuclear conflict and there is no guarantee of winning, then it would probably invade Canada and/or Mexica to ensure that neither country will be in a position to invade and take advantage when the US is in a severely weakened state. And both Canada and Mexico will have to consider what their contingency plan needs to be if such scenario were to happen, and it probably won't be sitting it out until the nuclear dust settles. In short, IMHO, a nuclear conflict of enough severity will mean that there will be friends left and everyone is an enemy.
