There is difference between Arab speaking countries and Gulf Monarchies and that Qaddafi African corps disbanded/destroyed and the rest of African migrants expelled and Libya was the ground work for things that happened later in African countries not related to Libya. I am sure Arabs have good intelligence inside Europe. to estimate hard power of Europe and to make it discredited in Africa.
thats why i mentioned to you that Soviet was the last Great Power because i researched it. not a random statement.

Just parting shots from the outgoing Lithuanian FM and US State Department as both countries will be changing governing parties in the coming weeks. I guess they are all very eager to get on China's sanction list right after they leave office.

The Chinese need to stop playing kumbaya. Do you think the US cares for anyone else that something the US is doing hurts everyone? Stop talking about how what the US and West does hurts everyone. Time to frame everything in the context of how it'll hurt only the US and the West. Saying it hurts everyone only confirms to them it's hurting you and they'll make that sacrifice if it does that. Right now Americans are cocky like believing they'll survive or come out unscathed over everyone else. Just as long as you get hurt, they don't care. The only way an American will think twice is when they realize they're going to lose something important to them regardless.

On second thought,maybe the Chinese playbook is the way to go as being "quiet" yet working /thinking ferociously behind the scenes to accomplish one's goals is good(counterpunching classic) and NOT rising to every little shitty challenge like the Soviets did during the 1st cold war -this can only be seized upon by the west/usa press/govt agencies/bodies to actually galvanize the people/institutions against China and actually accomplish a true antiChina mission.It's frustrating to extreme to see all the insults/petty swipes BUT modern China ISN'T late Qing global punching bag/melon-to-be-sliced and when the Dragon has had enough and its time-the fangs and claws will be felt by our enemies-hope to see the day.BTW panda corruption and gulag tomato puree ?is nothing sacred?Matrix is disintegrating
