Are those unamed "Chinese economists" stupid or just conveniently inserted by the writer to lend his argument an air of credibility. I can't fathom how dumb and stupid one can be to imagine that MARKET FORCES are somehow going to mitigate and lessen Chinese businesses access to key technologies to develop key industries requiring high tech product support.
Those Chinese economic this dude is talking about must be from the hallowed economic institution of Falun Gong Institute for Alien macro economics.
