I think the best place to station oreshnik missile system would be in Sakhalin island next to japan.

In the start of the war, Iskander was used sparingly. Wide adaption/use of the Oreshnik platform in the Europe front reduces China's burden on the Asia front and can be critical in stretching US' offensive capability.
