Not really. The inherent intelligence was there even when China was at its lowest point, it just took the right conditions for it to blossom. There are many in the global south that are going through the same conditions China went through but with the proper conditions their intelligence will shine through too.

Value system is determined by historical circumstances, culture is incredibly difficult to undo. I've traveled all over the world I can understand why some cultures value certain things that others do not. What we call values and culture are forged from survival traits, for the westerner and the east asian, it was in their best interests to forge efficient societies because their survival depended on it. In west africa they didn't need to. I don't agree with this notion that only stupid and untalented people place value in the wrong things, I personally know many people who are incredibly intelligent but want to do just enough and get by.

Wrong again. They didn't develop advanced economies because there simply wasn't any need to. If such a time calls for it do not underestimate what the human mind will do.

Absence of evidence isn't evidence of absence. Saying you're result-oriented doesn't mean anything in the grand scheme of things. China is currently the second largest economy in the world, can I say they are less intelligent and dynamic than the Americans?

Nobody is vying for undue credit however it does not mean that folks won't correct racist misconceptions. Nobody is taking credit or saying China's achievements are to be applied to poor third world countries. This nonsense about others not having enough talent is just supremacist nonsense. Development isn't going to happen in tandem, some societies will develop before others which will lead some to believe that just because they've made it means others aren't as talented as they are. Complete and utter nonsense.
Talent is not inherent either. It too needs development, as much as market and capital. Our capacity for talent is about equal, but the environment to develop talent out is not. There needs to be some social value change before talent develop, IE: parents sacrifice own well being to provide child with higher education. As opposed to, just make more children, one of them will make it somehow. And this culture is not without its own flaw either.

I don’t dislike K-pop, but it’s just American popular music in a different language. It’s completely disinteresting to me and frankly, it’s not that popular here in the United States. Ironically, China has had a far, far larger influence on Western popular culture through TikTok.

China is outcompeting South Korea in most of its stronghold industries (home appliances, displays, shipbuilding, smartphones, telecommunications, automobiles, batteries). China’s semiconductor industry may completely eclipse South Korea’s within a decade or two.

If I was a low-IQ South Korean, I would absolutely despise China.
"The success of small country is as temporary as failures of larger country."

They can play all cards right, and still fail because a bigger country also played cards right.

So all Latin American countries that were surveyed have a net-positive opinion on China but none of them have confidence in President Xi to do the right thing regarding world affairs ...

Interestingly, it's the opposite with Philippines. Only 34% Filipinos have positive opinion of China, but 45% have confidence in President Xi.
Did I miss something? where did they take the survey? FYI 18% of the population are Chinoy (native born pure Chinese) 37% are mestizos (half Chinese either 75%,50% or 25%) so if you add it up it doesn't compute, maybe they take their que from the Indians and use the Vedic system...lol PLUS Metro Manila doesn't represent the whole of the Philippines, 60% of the population live in the rural area and in abject poverty, they don't engage in politics because surviving and feeding their families are their number one priority. Like A day in the life of a feudal oligarchy society.

I don't know if you know any African families on a personal level but African parents are very similar to the stereotypical Asian parents in that they want their kids to succeed and sacrifice a lot for them, this is common in a lot of countries nowadays. I don't know who makes children just for the sake of making children and hoping that someone will make it somehow. Reads like these silly books made by westerners who have never left their comfort zone.

When I read some racist takes, the underlying point is that some societies are generally more intelligent than others that's why they are more prosperous. I don't buy it, I don't believe say, the Chinese, are more intelligent than Nigerians for example. I just believe that culture of the Chinese is created from survival traits that has been forged and honed through centuries due to a completely different environment. When China was poor as hell where they less intelligent than the west who looked down on them and their culture? Every dog has its day so this nonsense of the Global South being less talented is the epitome of arrogance and stupidity.

In the west its "I love the Chinese but hate the government".

For many of asians its "I hate the Chinese but love the government".

After all many asian countries are or were poor. Deep down they know this koolaid crap on human rights is nothing but a pipedream made by westoids. So they don't really hide they hate China BUT they admit Xi knows how to get things done and think wouldn't it be nice if our leader could force everyone to get their act together so we can be a better country? The Philippines chose Duterte coz they believed he as not afraid to get his hands dirty. I bet if Xi was Indian, a lot of guys from India would worship him since he isn't afraid to "do the needful". Modi is just a talking guy after all.

Xi isn't as smart as some other similar levels guys in the party who probably have photographic memory. But smart guys like them have a habit of being liberal and being cucks when times are tough. Since the journey will be hard, what China needs is not another nerd who folds but someone who can streer the ship when the storm is bad.
