Minor spelling corrections

For the ZBD2000, it says under Programme "Compared to the BMD-3, the Chinese airborne combat vehicle is slightly higher, and its main gun (25mm) differs to the Russian design (30mm)," but under Armament, it says "The main armament of the IFV variant is a 25mm cannon..." Then under specifications, it is "Weapons: One 30mm cannon." So I'm wondering if it's the 30mm or the 25mm? Thank you.

It should be 25mm. The figure in the sepcification was wrong. I've corrected it

Thank you for pointing that out

No problem. I was just curious why they fitted the airborne IFV with 25mm, while the new Type 97 IFV is equipped with a coaxial 30mm. Wouldn't it simplify logistics just to have them all be 25 or 30mm?

Now you just made me think: is it really 25mm gun as I originally believed, or is it actually 30mm? I need more study on this...

OK, here, one F missing...

The Type 79 submachine gun is more or less patterned after the Type 56 (AK-47) assault rifle. It uses gas-operated, rotary bolt action with short stroke gas piston located above barrel. The bolt group and fire mode/safety switch are similar to those of the Type 56 assault rile. The barrel, receiver, pistol grip, magazine and shoulder stock are all made from stamped steel. The weapon fires 7.62 X 25mm pistol cartridge in either single or fully automatic mode. Ammunitions are fed from a straight box magazine that holds 20 rounds. Shoulder stock folds up and forward when not in use.
