read my previous post. again if the police give you a speeding ticket while others only got a warning. are you gonna argue the other should get ticket too or you should only get a warning. this is depend on the police whether he want to give you a warning or a ticket. the referee in the badminton case already give several warning to the players, and they have authority to disqulify or let the game continue. excuse such as other been treat better is not gonna hold up in the eyes of court or this case IOC commitee. next time you got a speeding ticket and goto court see how this excuse will get you infront of judge.

Irrelevant since again some people were punished and some weren't. And you apparently don't have a problem with the "authorities'" inconsistency but everyone else has to follow the rules. Are you going to argue Japan women's soccer team should be strip of their silver?

Depends on whether or not the policeman was consistent. And the US changed the scoring and judging rules because countries like Russia who had judges in certain sports would mark Americans lower. According to you they should've stuck with the old rules and the US would have to live with unfair scores by Russian judges. But they change those rules anyway.

yes a murder only get 10yrs while some get 20yrs. so the one who gets longer said he should get 10yrs to the judgee. seriouslly thats your arguement.

you know what next time you got a speeding ticket use your argument infront of judge. now you just try to use any excuse to defend something wrong. like i said when you violate something, yout can't use oh this and this done that too, but got away excuse to the referee.

If it's unfair it should be scrutinzed. Just like the hypocrisy of charging Ye cheating when she passed all tests. I'm not arguing that people shouldn't scrutinze. I'm arguing I get to expose the hypocrisy. Which in this thread is a perfect example of how some don't want their hypocrisy and dirty laundry of a history of cheating exposed. Which is also why some people have a problem seeing Chinese people in here daring to question and challenge. So I guess you're okay with torturing people no matter what even though many of those that were tortured in the name of the War on Terror were released from imprisonment because they couldn't find anything on them.

I love how Chinese are suppose to question the authority in China because that's a human right but now when it's the other way around we're suppose to blindly obey and not question their authority.

the badminton is different then accusation of chinese swimmer. in fact in other forum i defend the swimmer.

the IOC didn't create rules for singular nation. all nations involve recognize rules and authority of IOC willingly. china certainly can dispute the outcome, but they didn't. as far as right or wrong for throwing the game, you decide. as far as unfair, like i said the referee already give the player several warning including a black cards. the player should reliaze the referee can go to the next level if he choose too. and its not like the player was not at fault. and its not like S.korean, indonesia didn't get disqualify either, there is no bias against chinese player in this case.

Yeah and a referee gave favor to one boxer when he was knocked down six times by the Japanese boxer who lost in the end.

Love the hypocrisy of how China is supposed to learn about the rule of law and democracy and human rights yet when it doesn't work the favor of those that want to push those things on China, they toss them out the window and now we're suppose to rely on their supposed fair opinion and not the rules and laws they say were designed to be equal to all.

did you read olympic for sport rules or how much authority referee has? referee has EVERY right and authority to eject/disqualify player if they deem its Unsportsmanlike conduct. thats referees authority. in this case the referee give warning to the player, but the behavior continue afterward

as for your question yes the referee and IOC has the authority/right to disqualify the athlete if they deem its unsportsmanship

How about quoting the rest of the article?

When the offender is ejected, he/she must leave the immediate playing area; in most cases, this means going to the locker room or other part of the venue out of sight of the playing area, or in extreme cases, leaving the stadium grounds. In the case of many High School Associations, ejected players are required to stay with their coach in the team area or an assistant coach may be required to leave the area with the player for supervision purposes. If a player or coach refuses to cooperate, additional sanctions may be levied (such as forfeiting a contest or being suspended).

This pretty clearly implies that an ejection does not mean an automatic disqualification from the tournament.

The good part is that it looks like its going to be a emphatic win. No need for creative medal counting
