It says the Indian gov will be negotiating disengagement on those points as well as Pangong. If Pangong disengages, every point more likely will be as well since the motivation for disengagement at Pangong fingers will carry over and be common for all confrontation sites.
According to that statement, even without the occupation of China, according to India LAC is upto F8.
So according to your own statement, you can't now go upto F8 which s your territory by your perception, correct?

That's their end of the disengagement bargain. No patrolling for IA up to finger 8 or where PLA currently still are north of Pangong lake.
The details of disengagement which are probably still up in the air are important and still (perhaps will remain) classified. I say this since their MoD maintain that negotiations for disengagement in other parts are still being worked out.
But you're missing the point that they are saying that they will continue to claim up to finger 8 but have agreed to disengage to finger 3. How long the buffer zone is going to last is anyone's guess.
