Are these people projecting Trump and Modi into Biden?

That's true. Nonetheless it's fun to watch since said people were jumping up and down for a Trump victory and are bitterly disappointed.
Trump's days in the White House until 20 January 2021 are truly numbered ! Would he go gracefully? I doubted. With his planted cronies in the Supreme Court he may fight to his last breath, but of course to no avail as the US citizens finally see through that he is a phoney, a liar, a racist, a dictator for his own ego ...
I thought the idea to count each and every ballot is the voice of the people to rightly select a potential president. Why did Trump wanted to stop counting? The answer becoming blatantly clear as the counting continued! He is a loser!
Without Trump and his inept administration, it would be better, fairer for its populace as a whole, and better and more equitable for the world in particular.

Which is why there were frantic prayers (" Puja " and "Havans" ) in India for President Trump's victory.
Apparently these did not deliver the results as expected.

OTOH, it is a tacit acknowledgement, and the Indians know from the bottom of their hearts that they can never compete successfully against China on their own strengths.
