Regarding the data related to the testing of the US E-2C on the ski jump runway. Of course, I am not saying that the data of KJ600 can be exactly the same as that of E-2C. This is just a reference, not to mention that KJ600 has not yet been publicly decided whether to be listed on STOBAR.Attachments

i listened through shilao's talk on KJ-600 and they made the point that KJ-600 does not have the fixed 3-face dome, because they want to get the largest possible antenna on the radome to detect all these low flying subsonic missiles.

Interesting, and even in September 2019 - at a time we had no clear image of the KJ-600 yet - a COD variant was discussed.

Furthermore, if you are posting pictures from a tweet or a post, please take the effort to post the pictures themselves (uploading directly or uploading to an image host first) rather than just a low effort link to the tweet.
The J-15 looks like it's a standard STOBAR J-15 given the pitot tube and radome, so if this is real this is unlikely to have been taken on CV-18.
That said there is a fair bit about it that looks suspicious, those red and yellow elevated boundary markers wouldn't make spotting and maneuvering in the hangar very easy at all and I've never seen it on a real carrier before.
I'm also unsure if either aircraft are real to begin with, they have an odd sheen to them, and I wonder if they are just mockups or models.
Without additional context I'm tempted to say that this might be a picture from a theme park or something, but I'm not sure which theme park would have that kind of setup. From memory the former Kiev doesn't look like this in the hangar and Minsk is no longer active as a theme park.
So without better pictures or additional context I wouldn't be too excited, and I also don't think openly posting it on twitter asking for guidance would be very constructive either lol

The KJ-600's propeller has 6 blades so this is not a KJ-600.
