Before people get too ahead of themselves here, just what is the provenance of that patch?
We have heard of the JF17B years before its rollout and suddenly, so soon after the first JF17Bs are produced 8 new JF17Cs are built already? Doesn’t really pass the smell test.
I would be amazing if those 8 new deliveries are not just more production JF17Bs.
They might have testing started work on a JF17C, but it will be years before the first production batch of those comes off the line surely?!
If the JF17C is just about adding PL10 and PL15 support, frankly I don’t think that deserve a new letter. Nor would it really hold up JF17B production since they could/should be able to add PL10 and PL15 to the JF17Bs with just a software update.

I think you meant ....
JF17C .... JF17 BLK 3
JF17B .... JF17 BLK 2
JF17A (single-seat variant with blocks 1/2/3)
JF17B (dual-seat variant block 2/3)

We had an official announcement of production start in late December 2020....
... we have seen several under construction in September ...
so there is NO reason to even assume these "8 new deliveries are not just more production JF17Bs." Simply alone since they are not twin-seater.

J10C + JF17 Block III should ensure Pakistani Skys are safe for years to come
27th Feb 2019 we had the JF17 Block II low altitude with F16 C/D Block 52+ High altitude which got the jump on the Su 30 MKI and Mig 21
now we will see J10C Top cover and JF17 Block III low cover against Rafale and Su 30 MKI
I guess the French are probably thinking sale was not worth it
