No, sadly nothing official yet even if I don't really understand, why a customer what to be kept secret !?

Anyway, the latest rumour I've heard is Tajikistan ... spurred by the President arrival on the show reportedly a day earlier to sign the deal, and he was also escorted by 6 JF-17s during departure ... maybe a hint !?

We saw #213. Now we see #229. What if Chengdu is running a separate assembly line for FC-1s vs the JF-17 at Kamra? ... ... i.e. there are 29 FC-1s somewhere which are not part of PAK orders? ... ... Think also of the grey but unmarked FC-1 next to 229.vIf the FC-1s at Chengdu were PAF JF-17s Strange it went through the paintshop and came out without PAF markings.

Is 229 being manufactured in China? Did anyone notice the Chinese Characters in the background. Can someone translate what do those Chinese characters mean.

Not sure if that's China or Pakistan, but the Chinese words are just some slogans:

All for the test flight safety.

All for the satisfactions of the client(s).

I went through quite a few pictures already posted of Kamra and was not able to find single one where I could see similar Chinese characters.

Asif exactly my point. My cousin is in Kamra these days becoming an Aeronautical engineer. I also asked him and he did not see any such sign anywhere

How about the plane in the background. Does this mean we have two parallel assembly lines to accommodate for increased production. If we are already close to 30 birds.....block 2 seems to be going at an accelerated rate.
