yes it was suppose to have IFR probe and to fly at end of this year.

“枭龙”双座战斗教练机是在单座机的基础上发展而来，在突击教练功能的同时，兼有与单座机相当的作战能力，平时主要用于飞行员改装、试飞训练和战术训练，战时可以用于执行作战任务。
成飞董事长、党委书记程福波表示：“‘枭龙’飞机是成飞目前唯一的外贸机，是成飞在国际军贸市场上的名片。我们要抓住机遇，认清形势，树立信心；要发扬拼搏精神，创造研制新纪录；要发挥技术的龙头作用，实现技术创新；要周密组织，合理调配，集中优势兵力打攻坚战。”
