Why is it smoking so much ? :/
It’s a Diesel engine. All engines smoke.
Bad mix of air and fuel can produce black smoke. Or maybe they were starting the engine. Right after the start there is usually more smoke...
Nothing compared to the Admiral Kuznetsov, though
The main cause of black smoke is imbalance in the air fuel ratio.
This means that either there is a shortage of air or the fuel supplied to injector is not being treated properly.
Keep in mind that the ship is on sea trials, so the engines are still being tuned.
