The statements from the PLAN individuals being quoted is not particularly specific, it is all vague about the future without a timeline and oneninety saying "there should be good news tomorrow" is also vague and non specific.
I don't see anyone making any particular or specific claims about anything in the immediate future.
Putting it another way, none of this seems to tell us anything new or unexpected.

Why should PLAN detail when J35 will be tested on board Fujian?

The PLAN did not state when the J-35 will be tested on Fujian, only alluding to how it will likely be tested on Fujian in the near future.
I am saying that for us, that tells us nothing new or unexpected because we all expect J-35 to be tested on Fujian in the near future.
The PLAN did not give us a specific date or a time period in which they are telling us this will happen (and I don't expect them to), so therefore they have provided us no new information which we cannot already surmise.
So yes, there's no useful information from the PLAN from those individuals.
