Are we still in the topic? Namely the J-35A= If I see all the last pages they are on irrelevant radar stuff!

It has not yet been officially confirmed whether it is the WS-19 or WS-21. Maybe it's both for now, after all, we all know that WS-19 is the target engine

the other thing with radar and avionics is just electronics industry as a whole and electrical platform. Both of which, China is way ahead here from my personal experience. It's not even just that China is ahead, but that nobody in the West works on these things anymore.

The change has been surreal. From just 15 years ago when China was seen as the "lower quality" option to now where Europe is the lower quality option for anyone not named China or the United States. I think the J-35's performance will finally cement that forever.
