Will be interesting to see if PLAN do go for TVC on J35 after PLAAF seemingly rejected it for J20/WS15 (for sound reasons IMHO).
who said WS-15 is not going to have TVC?````` and for the first few years of service, J-35 wont be mounted with WS-19, even though its development is quite smooth compared to WS-15`````

What engines will they use, besides WS-19?

J-35 spec in recent Chinese media:

Just another random post getting credibility it doesn't deserve...
How did he reach the RCS value? I am sure he can't eyeball it and that the value wasn't revealed.

^^^Wait is that a lift fan in the jet?

What makes you think that?
To me it just looks like the right/starboard engine and some associated power/thermal management doodads.

Besides, even if it did resemble a lift fan, the wise thing is to assume that it's just a bad depiction or it's being interpreted incorrectly, because the idea of a STOVL J-35/XY variant is so stupid and such a barrel of worms that even the idea of entertaining it makes me dread the unnecessary discussions that would be had around it.
