With such light resources needed for assembly it could easily be done abroad. Please clarify what you mean? Do you imply China does not have the resources and people to do the assembly work and have to source it overseas??
No, I was considering the possibility of the export version being assembled abroad.
If the J-35 is more assembled, than it is produced, it should be quite easy to “build”. If you get my drift.
The fact that it seems not very time consuming to put one together to me makes the possibility of local production, including transfer of ‘assembly’ technology, in other countries more likely.
I also think it makes it more likely that smaller countries can afford to set up an assembly line. Let’s say you are Algeria, it’s a bit much to put in a full J-35 production line for their needs, but an assembly room, producing 8 a year, would fit very nicely.
