Does this look like a dusk/dawn landing?

From zheng3Pao at CMF.

I think it might be dusk/late afternoon ish... I can't imagine testing a prototype too early in the morning is very safe(?)

Anyone else notice the white flickering lights in the sky and grass? What are they?

I dont know when the video was taken.

But I once read an autobiography of Chuck Yeager(sp?). It mentioned test flights in the morning are best. X1 broke the sound barrier in the morning. I forgot why in the morning. It may be something to do with cooler air being denser to support airplane.

Anyway, it does not mean this flight test video wasnt taken in the afternoon. After all, they are supposed to test the plane in every parameters.

Any reports about additional flight ??

My list has currently 10 flights logged ... but the info on them is becoming more and more sparse ... :(

Not sure. I'm guessing running runway-lights reflecting off the camera lens.

Like knocking off the test pilot sleeping rhythm. :D

Actually the PLAAF J series planes classifies quite well in terms of generation by number:

number under 10 are for 3rd gen and prior, such as J-6, J-7, J-8
numbers between 10 and under 20 are for 4th gen, such as 10, 11, 15
numbers 20 and under 30 can be for 5th gen, such as J-20. (10 possible slots should be more than enough)

and so on (ie 30-39 for 6th gen)

I have said that before. It does seem well planned out.

J-20 mega picture. The guy from feiyang said he will post the bigger version if he doesn't get invited over for tea.

Very good shot of the weapons bay:

With a photo like these, we can confirm all the J-20's weapons bay. And people who ever stated the claim that J-20 don't have weapons bay now are confirmed wrong.

Fantastic picture. I hope mr. China man security won't get upset over this and let the guy from feyiang post the bigger( ?!) picture ! Now unless i'm not seeing properly there are two big bay doors on sides ( seemingly articulated right at the edge of fuselage /intake, and the middle one is double, correct ? So imho surely there must be six missiles in there.
