As for pictures of nozzles, they don't look anything like the nozzle on an Al-31.

actually, they look just like AL-31 nozzles that got some LO treatment and got painted silver
and this paint tends to be scrapped - at the same specific places as on ordinary AL-31 nozzle petals

now count number of petals and number and position of radial flameholders on J-20. they are barely visible, but you can fill the gaps using entry school geometry skills. somehow you will get number 11 for last ones, placed exactly like on AL-31. how many of them on WS-10?

regarding spy pics of full-scale engine mockup on trailer with 10 flameholders - THAT can be WS-10X(G) or even WS-15

of course, this is IMO. confirmed by Maya, though

Omg this again? There's nothing to support the idea the radar is PESA apart from that it has dipoles. We've heard barely any, if any development at all in PESA pathway, it's all been AESA.
The dipoles argument is not fully strong because none of us are experts in this field, and cannot say whether or not there would be a reason for AESA to field what looks like IFF dipoles.

Bill Sweetman does not believe IFF poles point to PESA

yes, but the million dollar question is always, how steep, how high, and how fast :(

some observations :
clouds in the background provides us the horizon, so it is a vertical climb
shot from a chase plane, or immediately after take off, most probably the latter
same surface controls position with take off
starboard flap in down position, vortices formation in opposite sides of canard and flap

i kinda love and hate how photos from the fans are somehow more pleasing than informative, though just not clear enough
