i would say no, both rudders deflected inward, both flaps up, and both canards deflected downwards

Interesting that I've seen more on the Chinese side that says it's a PSed image. When I first saw that I thought PSed. It looks like it was taken and manipluated from the pic posted on Bltizo's post of the F-22. Yet now aviationweek throws this out there.
Nice to see it's very flush and doesn't have much clutter so it won't reflect much radar.
I was under the impression that there is a coating on the canopy that prevents radar from even entering the cockpit.
Gold tinted canopy? They will probably add that later.
