I wonder why no countries except US and China used this kind of single piece windshield. So far, only J-20 and F22 used this type of windshield. Is it that hard to make? Even the Russians and Europeans don't have this.

Question for you guys who know more than I do. Is it possible that a stealth aircraft could be fitted with a 'stealth drop-tank' on a pylon without drastically affecting the radar signature? It wouldn't be conformal, but it could be shaped in a way that could deflect radar. Is that possible?

It's possible although it'll, to a certain extent, still compromise the stealth of the overall aircraft making it less stealthy than when the aircraft is having an entirely internal weapon load. Against another stealth fighter, compromising stealth that way is risky.

IMO the first and the third picture are showing the same bird ... whereas the second picture shows the AL-31F/FN-powered one.

Then they must have changed some stuff between those two pictures, because they show some small differences. There seems to be a strip on the nose on the first which is absent on the third, and additionally a mark below the front of the cockpit (close to the three others) that is absent on the third. It could be an optical illusion, bad pixelation or PS work. Or the real deal.

No that mark is there It's just the picture is grainy and in bad lighting. the yellow mark on the upper side of the second picture is the only real change it might be some tape of some kind because it's also on the tip of the nose. as for the cockpit the F35 does not have the one piece bubble either yet F16 does. So I think It has too do more with the designers and mission needs. the disadvantage being that when it's open the Raptor and J20's canape motors have too lift more then the split type on the Pak fa or JSF.

I wonder if there are any Chinese (ethnic Chinese but American citizens) engineers working on the F119. I mean key personnel, not just low level guys that only knew a few things. It'll be amazing if some of those guys defect back to China. They'll be a great boost to China's aero engine industry. As complex as engines and rockets may sound, it's still just few key things that mark the difference between a powerhouse and the one trying to catch up. Believe it or not, Red China's space, aeronautical, and nuclear industries were mostly set up by American educated Chinese scientists. Without them, China would probably be no better than what India is today.
Although China got a strong foundation, it's just the time is too tight and the gap is widening. The situation does not give China the time to develop like the Americans and the British did in WWII and later during the Cold War. Alternative measures have to be taken in order to catch up quickly.
Without powerful engines similar to the F119, the J20 won't be that effective. Airplanes are just like cars, it's only as good as its engine.

In all honesty I hope not. I shudder to think the social stigmas affecting Chinese in America if this happened.

I second that! Ethic Chinese scientists are already facing some unfair discrimination in the States. A high-ranking defect will no doubt make our lives that much harder...

To be honest, having secret wishes and feeling lucky about stealing some information from a potential defect is simply pathetic... The rationale behind this kind of thinking is that China is incapable of developing any advanced technology by itself and can only obtain such technology through some unethical means. This kind of thinking only shows the lack of confidence on China's capabilities and potentials. I mean, C'mon, we are not talking about time travel or building a star fleet, but some technologies that have been successfully developed by man. So at least, one would expect the Chinese should do just as well as anyone else. Chinese especially should have this confidence about their own country and their own people.

Furthermore it implies that the US and China must exist in zero-sum. I don't believe that's a forgone conclusion, and it's best that we try to formulate US-China relations in positive sum as best we can (Ironic that I say this in a defence forum).
