That's a phrase started by certain well known military analyst in China to describe the expectation that J-20s will appear everywhere in China over the next few years as the production level goes well above what we've seen with other programs. It won't just be restricted to elite brigades in certain part of the country.
It’s a shame we won’t know just how many J20s China will be able to produce annually.

Easy there Cupcake. I forgot the Chinese think their national boarder equates to "everywhere".

"...E3 aren't really capable in a 21th century fight, especially against a platform like the J20...it just can't see those platforms far enough out to be able to provide an advantage to the shooters." make of that what you will, they didn't mention KJ500's ability to detect stealth platforms afiak but they HAVE indeed said that E3 cant do so effectively.

Where?

"Everywhere"? No, the F-35 is "everywhere". When has a J-20 even been seen outside China?

Stop trying to create drama.
These sort of replies are unnecessarily inflammatory and derails the thread.

In context of J-20 deployment, what do you think "everywhere" could reasonably mean?

This is not yet a formal warning, but the next one will be.

E3 is not designed with detecting LO in mind so it isn't fair to bash it for that. What I am surprised by however is that only four are stationed in the West Pacific. Previously I thought that USAF dominated in number of AWACs the way it dominates in refueler/other special mission aircraft. Really surprised that PLAAF actually enjoys both qualitative and quantitative advantage in this field.

E-3 is OLD. They were testing Have Blue against it it's so old. A better representative of the state of the art would be the E-2D or Wedgetail. Still, E-3 is what the USAF has so they need to replace it.

He's just bitter. It's clear enough that J-20's are everywhere is referring to production rate, presence, and the squadrons and bases receiving it. Then the uncalled for remarks on borders etc again showing bitterness just from a relatively innocent remark about how many places are receiving J-20s.

I suppose Chinese guns are within the US while F-35s can't venture anywhere near China without falling into the ocean or getting shot down. Not that they even try to get close to China. Chinese products however are everywhere ;)

It's one thing to chest thump because F-35s are sold everywhere and another to allow something so pathetically trivial to be used as a backhanded remark. Chinese military weapons sales are also everywhere from Serbia to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Thailand, and even Argentina. There are Chinese weapons sold to more countries than F-35 partners. So what does that say? lol still nothing but two can play at those comments.
