I don't think you can make a simple comparison between any two aircraft without knowing other parameters. Such as velocity.
High speed turn without TVC, like car turns on the highway.
Low speed turn with TVC, more of a flip over rather than turning, like an gymnastic athlete flips at the same spot.

Thx for the explanation. From the video, it looks like a low speed turn. Don't know if TVC is used.
Say it's with the TVC, took the middle number 6.5 seconds, that's 180/6.5=27.85 degrees per second.
For a gymnastic flip, how good is that compared to F22 and other 4th gen fighters?

We still dont know the velocity or even altitude where the turn took place. So any comparison is impossible to make.

The way you can do comparison is you have to actually do deeper maths and make assumptions on the designs e.g airfoils and such.
