These numbers represent the past few years' statistic, going forward didn't we see the news last 2 days that they are now capable of meeting any demand by PLAAF on new aircraft acquisition? I think the so called constraint is on the annual financial budget, and also to reserve some production numbers for the future WS-15 equiped J20.

…well, in case you didn’t notice but chengdu is one of the most densely populated cities in china, with more than 16M ppl…

so yeah, it would be nice if there could some empty space for a mile long factory and it’s associated runway…
