i wonder if it’s possible for CAC ditch most J-10 production to place like Guizhou some day…

Then Guizhou would have to ditch producing UAVs and Mountain Hawks, not to mention that they have to make tremendous modifications to tools, facilities, and personnel.

That process has been completed long time ago ! They are now putting the engine in the airframe as production model. But it does not foreclose incremental improvement over the year every engine does this
I don't know why the Chinese simply can't build a new one-mile long production facility in Jiuquan akin to the F-35 production line at Fort Worth for the J-20.
