i wonder if it’s possible for CAC ditch most J-10 production to place like Guizhou some day…If they build 50 a year then the CAC would have to suspend J-10C/JF-17 production.

That process has been completed long time ago ! They are now putting the engine in the airframe as production model. But it does not foreclose incremental improvement over the year every engine does thisThe single unit cost of F-35 continue to go down as production volume goes up,so China has to ramp up production in order to lower cost.
But I agree that currently China's jet fighter production capacity is constrained by engine to some degree. Domestic engines are still undergoing fine-tuning and optimization, different batchs have incremental improvement.
I don't know why the Chinese simply can't build a new one-mile long production facility in Jiuquan akin to the F-35 production line at Fort Worth for the J-20.i wonder if it’s possible for CAC ditch most J-10 production to place like Guizhou some day…
It's not a mile long, but there are lines for j20 in chengduI don't know why the Chinese simply can't build a new one-mile long production facility in Jiuquan akin to the F-35 production line at Fort Worth for the J-20.
