IMO "钓鱼佬" just means the Air Force here. "空军" (literally Air Force) is homophonic to the Chinese term for "empty-handed". It is a term commonly used to tease each other in the Chinese fishing circle.

I think it means the J-20 stationed somewhere in land is on the coast for some reason? I'm guessing inland J-20s are being based on outer provinces/bases temporarily for parade prep?

It's being integrated into J-20A. When exactly the J-20A will be in production is harder to say, it could already be in production or it might take another year or so. We're still getting reports of units converting to J-20 (with WS-10C) so it seems that at least until very recently J-20 is being produced and that might keep going for a while depending on conversion to J-20A.

Exact capabilities of those radars are classified. The general assumption is they're probably at least in the same ballpark of capability but that's all we can really say. It's unlikely we'll get specifics of capabilities of current radars in OSINT.

If the radars are on par that means China is still weaker in radar tech considering
The much higher tr units in the J-20. My impression was that China is at technological parity with US on AESA radar tech.
