With WS-15 is approaching in service, .... we can say Yes
Pratt & Whitney's F119 engine, which powers the F-22 Raptor, develops 156kN and took 26 years to develop.
The WS-15, which started development in 2006 and began mass deployment in mid-2023, provides 181 kN of thrust, giving the J20 fuel-efficient supersonic cruise speed without afterburners..

One other thing to keep in mind is that it may take longer to develop and integrate tactics for sixth gen since literally no one has done something similar before. When the F-22 first rolled out a lot of pilots fell in the trap of using it as a stealth fourth gen instead of truly exploiting the advantage of super cruise and sensors. I’d expect something similar to happen with Chinese sixth gen.
CCAs which we have not yet seen will also need to be developed, tested and manufactured in suitable numbers. 6th gen is a system, not just a single platform, neither the US nor China has a very clear picture of what CCAs would look like other than concepts so far. Mid-late 2030 is probably when we see these efforts come to fruition.
