Major face-palm! These are J-16. There camo should have been the 1st give away. Regardless, Su-30MKK is 21.93m with the pitot-tube. Are the J-16 dimensions identical to the MKK/MK2?

Hmm ... I thought the length of 21.93 is without the pitot, since this fits nicely to the calculation I made???

Thought the Taihang engines should've given them away.

I thought the nozzle appeared short because they were deflected downwards due to TVC. But that is still no excuse. This is a quadruple face-palm . The camo and the canopy should have been the give away .

Su-33 (With Pitot tube and Shortened Tail-boom) - 21.19m
Su-35 (WITHOUT Pitot tube) - ??.??m
J-20 - ??.??m

Note: Nose is to blurry so a few pixels got cut in all the planes

EDIT: We need the correct length for the Su-35. We can't use the values for the Su-27 or Su-33

you are incorrect the Su-27 and Su-30 have a length without pitot tube of 21.9

There is some lens distortion but the length of the J-20 is close to a Pitot-less flankers. The lowerst value I ever got was 20.8m highest around 21.5m. I think we can safely say the J-20 is a 21m (-/+ 3m) fighter.

I totally agree with you, i would say it is around 20.9 to 21.4 meters in length

21.94m is excluding nose probe. Best is to ask Ken the flanker man at AFM about the flanker length.

That would be a length between 18m and 24m !!!

Come on, 18m clearly not by all calculations and even less likely 24m since this would be a fighter larger than a Flanker!!!

With 20.70-21.30m I could live.

maybe 21.1 considering distortions due to the poor resolution on details in the picture
