There are the rumors, and based on where they originated (from a photographer and the person who does the various J-20 drawings), I think it's likely the plane already exists.

There are always lots and lots of rumors, I'm gonna say Bah! to both of your rumors, I don't think they are gonna put OVT on the J-20, I just don't buy it, and a two seater??? I'm only a little less skeptical of that on, but not much...
I think the first one is pretty much confirmed, based on this and a number of other sources, and the second one will happen at some point, if it hasn't already, based on the rumors and what I described in my comment.
Honestly, even if indeed the use of TVC can be regarded highly likely confirmed the second one - aka the twin seater - is not ... so far we know it from one source and all other "reports are IMO just reposts, follow up stories and overhyped expectations leading now to Your assumptions that is has already.
Again as for the semi-stealthy JF-17 Block-3 expectations, I won't hold my breath.

the nose looks like if it wasn't of a conical shape while it is LOLSome high-resolution images....
The first one is new and interesting: does anyone notice anything odd on the starboard side of the nose? It looks like there's an odd protrusion, but it could just be the angle maybe?

I can't say for sure, but I don't think it's all based on just one source. However, it's possible that I was reaching in making the conclusion that this variant already exists. There are other explanations that fit the facts.
We'll just have to wait and see.

I think you are right. It's just so strange to see because I've never noticed it before on photos taken at a similar angle.
