Not sure how frontline Cangzhou's regiments are. They're more of an elite strategic reserve stationed in the interior doubling as an advanced training unit.
Still they've trained for over sea combat missions and are supposedly ready for combat patrol. I think they can be used for combat should the need arise.

Do you have a paid VPN? If not, try using something like the Epic browser. Toggle the VPN locations and see whether your old login works.
They are definitely combat units, they just mightn't be frontline combat units.
Good point. I guess the frontline J-20s might be involved in intercepts over the East China Sea.
